    Frullato proteico.

    A causa del lavoro, posso farmi il frullato tre ore prima di essere consumato?
    Mi faccio un frullato di phosphagain2 + 500 ml. di latte alle due e lo consumo alle 5,in questo modo perde i suoi valori?

        Se fosse abbastanza solubile porterei una shaker, il fatto è che per scioglierlo occorre il piccone, e non mi posso portare un frullatore elettrico dove lavoro.

            Ci mancherebbe solo che fosse della u.i., è della Eas, ma contine caseine e penso sia per quello che occorre il frullatore.

              Male, la creatina deve essere consumata abbastanza celermente!

              Come mai, ad esempio le caseine Genesis sono solubili! prova a STRAPAZZARLO per buoni 5 minuti, non si sa mai!
