Cerca di fare 6 pasti al giorno in ogniuno dei quali ci devono essere 20-30 grammi di proteine (latte, uova, carne....).
Quando solo con gli alimenti nn ce la fai (ad esempio quando torni la sera tardi), allora le prote in polvere servono.
