premetto che non ho mai assaggiato un'integratore con un gusto peggiore ( sembra vomito ). Vista la scarsa solubilità ( non riesco a scioglierla ), come mi consigliate di assumerla?

Metti pochissima acqua nello shaker,e agita piano piano senza sbattere forte,e vedrai che si scioglierà senza troppa schiuma.
Per l'assunzione fai :
nei giorni on:
5 gr la mattina "a stomaco vuoto".
5 gr prework.
5 gr postwork
5 gr prenanna
giorni off:
5 gr la mattina "a stomaco vuoto"
5 gr nel pomeriggio
5 gr prenanna.
Concordo..riempi il misurino buttatelo in bocca e poi beviti un bel po d'acqua..vedrai che va giù che è un piacere...cmq prodotto ottimo io me ne sono innamorato...ne ho fatto scorta!!
