Il mio post allenamento è sempre lo stesso, mi trovo bene con quelle quantità di carbo e proteine. Se voglio dimagrire cado ad agire sulla dieta e cardio.
Il cambio di allenamento è per me un togliermi dalla monotonia di certi tipi di tabelle. Però esercizi di base rulez.
sottoscrivo....ma per me è meglio abbinarci anche un superset a smaltire ulteriormente
