allora ragazzi...io personalmente mi stò trovando bene a da ssumere il nitrix 2 volte al giorno...2 compresse precolazione e 3 prewo...ora però mi sorge un dubbio...stò sperimentando che andando ad allenarmi di mattina mi trovo moooooolto meglio solo che posso cmq prendere le 2 compresse a colazione(verso le 7) e poi le 3 compresse prewo (verso le 10/10 e 30 assieme allo spuntino)?..o è troppo ravvicinato e mi consiglaite di fare diversamente?:?

quindi considerato che mi alleno alle 11..finisco per le 12...pranzo alle 2 e 30/3...e poi ceno direttamente verso le 7...magari me lo prendo proprio a cena?
