Esistono dei prodotti contenenti enzimi che aiutano la digestione, singolarmente per carbo, prot o grassi ma anche combinati.
In Italia comunque a meno che non trovi qualcosa in farmacia non sono facilmente reperibili.

comunque dammi retta, lascia perdere...
sono soldi buttati.

Per quello della Ultimate hai perfettamente ragione, ecco perchè non l'ho menzionato, ma in U.S.A. ho visto prodotti di qualità ultratestata anche piuttosto cari che a chi ha qualche problema possono essere utili.

Io personalmente non li ho mai considerati più di tanto, ma ciò che dice phoenix è vero! In termini di fabbisogno posso decisamente farne a meno, però un mio amico in America utilizzava un prodotto a base di enzimi per assorbire meglio la creatina, non so... dovresti provarli per dare dei giudizi di fondo.

come potete leggere questo è un prodotto della Kaizen(u.s.a.)che promette un miglior assorbimento delle proteine ingerite dai cibi.
Adesso bisogna capire se crederci o meno...

Comunque questo tipo di prodotto va usato nella normale alimentazione, non tanto quand oci si fa lo shaker di proteine.
