Si, ci sono diverse whey delattosate se è il lattosio che vuoi evitare. Se invece sei allergico proprio alle proteine del latte allora ti consiglio le proteine dell'uovo, anch'esse molto complete sotto il profilo aminoacidico.
Beh si, la solubilità delle whey (sopratutto se isolate) non è paragonabile a quella delle proteine dell'uovo. Cmq se è solo per il lattosio le VPX fanno al caso tuo.
