Vorrei sapere come viene prodotto (si trova in natura o vine fatto artificialmente come l'aspartame) in che modo si differenzia dal glucosio e quindi perchè è preferibile per il trasporto di creatina glutammina ecc e le dosi in base a che vengono fatte?
no, il destrosio si trova in natura ed in genere viene estratto dal mais.
viene preferito al glucosio perchè ha un indice glicemico più alto e quindi alza maggiormente i livelli di insulina.
+ insulina = più creatina nei muscoli
