solo che mi chiedevo, considerando un'assunzione mezz'ora prima di un wo, e considerando l'emivita che so essere di circa 4 ore, se l'assunzione pre wo non possa dare lo stesso effetto se seguita da un post wo adeguato.
cioè si starebbe ancora sotto l'effetto nel post wo. sbaglio?
esatto (ti sbagli), xké appunto l'EMIVITA è 4-5h, il picco plasmatico si ha dopo 30-40min (xciò la prendi mezz'ora prima del wo....)
