    Aminoacidi pasticconi

    Ciao ragazzi, visto che non riesco a buttar giu' i pasticconi di aminoacidi (uso i Bcaa dell'Ultimate Italia), vorrei chiedervi se é possibile tritare le compresse ed unirle all'acqua.
    Corro il rischio che perdano la loro azione?

    Puoi tritare le compresse oppure comprare direttamente i bcaa in polvere, così risparmi anche
