    SCUSATE RAGAZZI MA QUANDO PARLATE DELLA AST CREATINE COME BUON PRODOTTO,VI RIFERITE ALLA HSC O ALLA MICRONIZED,NEL MUSCLENUTRITION CI SONO ENTRAMBE!LE DIFFERENZE? LA MICRONIZED E' HA UN SISTEMA DI TRASPORTO?CMQ LA HSC HO VISTO CONTIENE DESTROSIO?!FATEMI CAPIRE QUAL E NEI MIEI POST MI AVETE CONSIGLIATO DI PRENDERE,AGGIUNGENDO DESTROSIO???

      Perche' 500gr di micronized, sono 500gr di creatina micronizzata.......500gr di CellTech sono circa 60gr di creatina + 400gr di destrosio!

        A mio avviso la migliore è la micronized. Dovresti comprare il destrosio a parte.
