ciao a tutti..volevo chiedervi qualche info sul cell-tech...riguardo alle dosi: Fin'ora come mi è stato consigliato ho fatto una fase di carico con 100 gr nei primi 5 giorni...adesso finito il carico, mi hanno detto di prenderne 50 gr al giorno(ossia due misurini) e quando m ialleno di prenderli dopo il workout,che ne pensate?
