Dipende pure per quale scopo le prendi: se come spuntino (e stai a regime dietetico) assicurati un'alta % proteica. Se a scopo energetico puoi andare su qualcosa di più economico e carboidratico. Se lo usi come snack e te ne freghi della dieta prendi quello più gustoso, ecc.
Se continuate a fare quello che avete sempre fatto, continuerete ad ottenere quello che avete già ottenuto. (M. Colgan)
