Magari!!!!
Sono 67 Kg per 1:77 con massa grassa intorno al 5%
E logicamente sono in massa!! Mi serviva una barretta da tenermi dietro e usare nei casi di urgenza. Se posso evito le barrete e vado su spuntini come panini con tacchino/bresaola o Pro in polvere + frutto.
A volte però con il lavoro e le trasferte diventa difficile... Ed avere uno spuntino pratico e veloce come una barretta aiuto di brutto.
