dipende dallo scopo e dalla reistenza insulinica di ognuno....
in genere in massa si assumono whey + crea + gluta + carbo ad IG elevato. poi puoi aggiungere qualche altro elemento, ma qeste sono la base direi (occorre comunque provare ciò che funziona sul singolo organismo!!)
io iniziarei con 30 g di pro, 40 di carbo, 10 gluta e 5 crea....poi in funzione di come reagisci proverei ad aumentare i carbo e poi gli altri.....
