la prossima settimana inizio il carico di creatina e non mi ricordo se è meglio non allenarsi o continuare tranquillamente con l'allenamento. Da premettere che ho finito 5 sett. di allenamento pesante e volevo far coincidere la sett. di carico con il riposo(recupero) muscolare.

Il periodo di riposo ogni 4-5 settimane è valido se sei un hardgainer.
Se non hai difficoltà a crescere magari alterna ogni 4 settimane una settimana con solo due sedute di allenamento.
