True Mass prenanna è un po' troppo, se non hai delle caseine puoi rallentare le whey con dei grassi (es. frutta secca) o ti mangi una bella scatola di fiocchi di latte.
Poi il resto dipende dalla tua dieta, se fai la colazione con tazza di latte + cereali allora sono sufficienti le sole whey e il true mass lo usi come spuntino (ovviamente cerca di preferire cibo solido). Se invece la colazione non la fai proprio ci potrebbe pure stare il true mass.
