ciao a tutti....io i primi di agosto inizierò una preparazione atletica( calcistica) dove ci faranno allenare tutti i giorni anche nelle ore piu calde...la preparazione sarà divisa in 3 parti.....la prima parte fondo,poi potenza e infine rapidità...divisa in 3 settimane,cioe ognuna dedicata ad una parte...
che integrazione mi consigliate per reggerla al meglio nelle sue fasi??
