in cosa differiscono creatina e proteine a livello di risultati?
mi spiego meglio..ho 26 anni,182 cm x 84 kg,un po di pancetta(non molta!!)..
vorrei prendere un po di massa magra e perdere un po di grasso...
Le proteine sono parte integrante della dieta e visto che la dieta è fondamentale direi che hanno la precedenza. Quando la dieta è apposto con in più un'eventuale integrazione di proteine ci puoi anche infilare la creatina per avere qualcosa in più.
