Secondo voi e' utile prendere 20 g di maltodestrine e sali minerali durante l'allenamento(in 1 litro d'acqua )o é meglio solo acqua per non "disturbare" la glicemia?
Stavo pensando alla fase di massa quindi ipercalorica mi chiedevo se poteva essere utile per mantenere livelli + alti di energia o se c'era il rischio di rimanere fregati a causa del rebound

A me dava fastidio il rebound...xò se sei in massa e se fai una routine abbreviata,non ti dovrebbe servire...Passalo come beverone post-wo,magari con creatina
