Raga leggendo in alcune riviste ecc ecc non conviene ad assumere carbo digestione rapida (destrosio-vitargo) prima dell allenamento in quanto innalzano l insulina. Per cui che faccio magari integro 2 ore prima del wo con carbo digestione lenta come avena???
Riso integrale o avena 2 ore prima che sono lenti ok , poi propio prima del wo mi mi sembra che nn bisogna assumere carbo veloci perche innlzano l insulina, volevo avere delle conferme o smentite sul fatto dell assumere carbo veloci prima del wo. Grazie
