Ho sempre utilizzato le cytosport e mi sono trovato bene sia comq gusto che come qualità ma ora sono stufo.....in passato ho provato le optimum ma non mi convince il sapore....che mi consigliate ? io pensavo alle eas...e poi che mi consigliate di gainer ? per ora ho utilizzato l'amino 3000 della progetto nutrizione qualità e non è male....
