ok grazie mille del condiglio, allora prima do un occhiat in giro e controllo bene i prezzi, comunuqu per integratori vado per i BCAA, come dosi penso che ne prendo 3 gr prima e 3gr dopo l'allenamento....a questo volevo aggiungere la creatina monoidrata ma .... so che fa aumentare di peso, NO GRASSO ma di liquidi, giusto?
Scusate ma perchè gli consigliate la creatina se ha specificato di non voler aumentare il suo peso? quale giovamento dovrebbe trarne nei suoi allenamenti (si quando la prende che quando ne cessa l'assunzione)?
