dato che faccio allenamento alle 10 di mattina in teoria il mio spuntino pre allenamento sarebbe la colazione..
Che tipo di carboidrati dovrei assumere?a basso ig o alto?
le proteine ad assimilazione graudale o rapida?
ragazzi ho visto moltissimi post ma non ho capito bene cosa si puo' mangiare pre wo..si dice carbo a basso ig ma in alcuni post la mela ad esempio si dice non vada bene..cosa allora? c'è un integratore con carbo a basso ig..molto consigliano le maltodestrine ma non hanno alto ig?
