Se sei in massa si visto che a tale scopo servono anche i carboidrati, chiaramente il consiglio è di preferire sempre cibo solido "vero".
Poi è una questione di dieta: se vuoi parecchie calorie e se ti servono anche i carboidrati oltre alle proteine nello spuntino allora si. Se invece stai cercando di dimagrire e devi limitare calorie e carboidrati allora no.
