    Sostitutivo Del Gakic Nel Pre W.o.

    attualmente assumo prima di andare in palestra 4 caps di kre-alkalyn + 1 misurino di gakic in 500ml di acqua. visto che li ho quasi terminati vorrei sapere con quale o quali integratori sostituirli... non sono molto esperto e vorrei consigli per scegliere bene cosa acquistare

        valuti il gakic come un buon prodotto?

                gakic è un prodotto potenzialmente unico...dovrebbe migliorare la performance in termini di forza...
                gli altri prodotti pre wo danno principalmente pump, quindi resistenza...
