riguardo quest'ultima, è vero che può creare mal di stomaco/nausea ??
grazie dell'articolo amico.. cmq da quello che ho capito nn si dovrebbe assumere la beta alanina con qualsiasi tipo di amminoacidi e assumerlo un ora prima o dopo un pasto proteico..ma cio x me nn è possibile e penso nemmeno x gli altri che si fanno lo shaker di pro appena finito il workout e si prendono il cm2..quindi stiamo tutti sbagliando?
