seguo molti forum americani e ho visto che molti grandi guru USA, consigliano di assumere gatorade
questi sono alcuni post americani:
1)i used vitargo in my post workout shakes. it seems to work really well. i've been using it for the past 3 weeks and gained about 6 lbs of lean muscle. u can also do the milos sarcev 3 drink thing with:
5g glutamine
5-10g BCAA powder
5-10g creatine monohydrate
50-75g vitargo
1 scoop gatorade
2)first, the one scoop comes from powder gatorade mix.
second, i take it 1 hour before, during, and immediately after. the pre and during mix is what is listed above. the post workout mix simply has 50g whey protein added(vanilla tastes best)
on non-workout days i will just take in one of the mixes above without the whey. i make sure i eat A LOT of food on non-workout days as well
CONSIGLIANO 1 MIX??
3)Milos' Secret Shake :You have to take it before, during, and after your workout.
Creatine 3-5g
Glutamine 3-10g
Essential Amino Acids 15-20g
BCAA 15g
Vitargo 30-50g
Gatorade
4) Gatorade with 10g of aminos and creatine
5)I use a scoop of whey protein, scoop of Vitargo CGL, some glutamine and mix that with Gatorade. Works great and I have seen some great results. Keeps you in an anabolic state when your training cause your getting everything your muscles need. Protein/Aminos, electrolytes, Glucose, Creatine. Tastes bad though but I am not drinking it for taste.
e ce ne sono molti altri....ma secondo voi xchè cosi tanto utilizzato in america e xchè il mix di MILOS SARCEV comprende vitargo+gatorade? ma nn viene rallentato cosi il vitargo?? il gatorade americano è uguale a quello italiano..ma nn andrebbe principalmente a riprstinare il glicogeno epatico?
