si lo scopo dl prodotto è aumentare di peso,ma ovviamente devi avere un apporto calorico consistente durante la giornata..io di solito 2000 calorie
.Quando ho provato il 900 sono aumentata di massa muscolare più ke altro xchè poi mi alleno 3 volte a settimana,peccato che appena ho smesso sono tornata come prima quindi ora ci riprovo con il 1200 e sta funzionando .....cmq io prendo 100 gr non 200...600 calorie mi bastano ...
