volevo sapere se mi consigliate di prendere per adesso come integrazione degli aminoacidi e un termogenico visto che ho preso del grasso...
Dipende che allenamento e che risultati vuoi ottenere: se vuoi buttare giù grasso e ti alleni a suon di aerobica per buttar giù panza allora gli aminoacidi sono consigliatissimi.
Se devi metter su massa a manetta puoi risparmiare e tenerli x quando definisci.
