Le maltodestrine hanno le stesse propieta veicolanti ,di creatina, che ha il destrosio??...quindi si possono fare anche assunzioni durante la giornata con maltodestrine?..ho sentito dire che il destrosio non è molto salutare,anzo contiene degli enzimi che rallentano il lavoro della tiroide....Tutt st******e?
Il destrosio è.....glucosio!
Nulla che rallenta la tiroide.
Le maltodex stimolano anch'esse l'insulina, ma meno del destrosio, quindi sono meno indicate per la creatina (ma possono andare se non vuoi proprio prendere anche il destrosio)
Considera anche che ci sono maltodestrine molto diverse tra loro. Il valore di destrosio equivalenza le identifica come più o meno rapide.
