Uno dei più potenti multivit dovrebbe essere il Beyond basics della MRM, uno dei pochi le cui vitamine non sono create chimicamente ma estratte da elementi naturali (dovrebbe)
anche mia madre mangia pochissimi latticini. facendo una ricerca per lei ho visto che tra gli altri alimenti più ricchi di calcio c'è la rucola...poi cavoli e broccoli, ma in percentuali decisamente minori
