ragazzi, post allenamento è meglio un VITARGO + WHEY + CREATINA + GLUTAMMINA o un gainer + creatina + glutammina?
e considerando che la creatina è la krealkalyn cosa mi consigliate?? grazie a tutti in anticipo
io sarei x la prima scelta, il gainer alla fine sono + carbo che altro, meglio aggiungere pro di provenienza sicura...
per l'alcalina tutte vanno bene, dato che è brevettata sono tutte uguali
