ahhhhhhhhhh manco avevo letto è ASCORBATO di calcio serve a facilitarne la digestione (x alcuni un problema) e ad evitare l'acidificazione ke è sempre + probabile in una dieta iperproteica!

whip un'altra curiosità...è vero che oltre 500mg a botta non vengono assimilati?
io ho preso il prodotto della now foods sono tablets da 1g di principio + 500mg ascorbato di calcio...
