Ho letto un articolo che ne parlava su due giornali diversi. Praticamente per unire le proprietà delle varie proteine. La veloce digetione del siero del latte, la durata delle caseine. Le proteine della soia credo invece che abbiano ALCUNI valori aminoacidici migliori addirittura del siero del latte.
