io ho usato il nitrix e anche il nox3.......il nox 3 nn mi ha fatto un *****......visto che lo shotgun nn si vende in italia....vai di nitrix......alla fine anche se contiene un pò di cem3.....e non vuoi troppa creatina...diminuisci leggermente l'apporto di creatina che non ti viene dal nitrix.....un mix di creatine differenti va benissimo per il muscolo!
In che dosi hai assunto il nox3?
4 cps mattino tutti i giorni + 4 cps pre-wo, così non direi proprio che non si sente....
