I carbo pre wo sono un po' un'arma a doppio taglio. Se hai una reattivita' insulinica molto spiccata, ti possono togliere energie, ad un certo punto dell'allenamento. Quindi, sono da provare. Secondo me, nell'incertezza, i wo migliori si ottengono con lo stomaco sgombro.
