ciao a tutti sono nuovo del forum e vi faccio i complimenti ,vi pongo subito un mio problema ,prendo proteine regolarmente mattina e dopo allenamento (pro 90 di progetto nutrizione),e cytosport muscle e milk la sera prima di coricarmi;ora ho sostituito le veloci (pro 90) con optimun nutriction whey 100 ma queste mi danno problemi a livello intestino ,cosa mi consigliate in alternativa ? grazie mille attendo
visto che gia prendi le cytosport prova a prendere le whey della cytosport...se quelle che prendi la sera ti trovi bene perche' non provare con le whey della stessa marca no?
