Ciao a tutti, sono in fase di dimagrimento e avevo intenzione di prendere un integratore di arginina per pompare di più sotto i pesi e aumentare la produzione di testosterone, dato che da un pò mi sento più debole..Al momento prendo un termogenico, multivitaminico e bcaa...E' consigliata l'assunzione di arginina? Inoltre xkè i bcaa sono così utili in fase di definizione (o meglio nel mio caso dimagrimento)?
