Però ti conviene partire con 500mg o se le cps sono da 200mg ne prendi 3 cosi hai fatto 600mg, un grammo da subito potrebbe darti fastidi tipo bruciore di stomaco e mal di testa.
Poi se non ti darà fastidio potrai fare un grammo a colazione e un altro grammo pre wo, circa 45' prima.
Per bboy: anch'io sono un tipo tendenzialmente ansioso, la caffeina o la sinefrina mi fanno venire attacchi di asma e quindi non posso prenderle.
Alti dosaggi di carnitina non mi danno alcun fastidio.
