mi sebra una bella panca ma ho il dubbio che quelle maniglie per aggrapparsi negli esercizi leg, siano fastidioso per quando si fanno esercizio per le braccia come i curl alternati ecc.ecc.
Si se ti trovi male le puoi smontare. A me non danno particolari fastidi, ma se non ci fossero forse sarebbe meglio giusto per il solo curl alternato (che comunque eseguo)
