secondo voi.. un rack da utilizzare anche per fare le trazioni... quanto deve misurare in lunghezza? (per larghezza intendo la misura da appoggio ad appoggio del bilanciere, di conseguenza per lunghezza intendo l'altro lato )
deve avere più o meno 50 cm di profondità. Io ho quello piccolo powerline e dalla sbarra son 56 cm, l'ho misurato da poco per montare una sbarra in giardino.
