Ciao a tutti volevo un consiglio,sto andando da febbraio 2009 in palestra e tra poki giorni stacco x le vacanze estive,vorrei fare alcuni esercizi con i pesi a casa posseggo 2 manubri 1 bilanciere e vari kg!ho anke una corda in palestra faccio 2 esercizi x fascia muscolare lunedi,mercoledi e venerdi cioe 2xpetto,2xgambe,2xdorso,2x addome ecc ecc vorrei sapere ke esercizi posso fare con quel ke ho grazie
