Ciao a tutti,mi alleno a casa con dei manubri e una multifunzione!Poco fa mi è stato suggerito di acquistare un bilancere...è indispensabile?Sino ad ora ho svolto fondamentali e complementari senza problemi...per esempio lo squat (manubri sui fianchi),panca piana,stacco...insomma,mi serve proprio?

Il problema è che insieme al bilancere devi comprare pure una panca con portabilancere e/o un sistema di auto-spotting (rack o mezzo rack). Con quello che hai, se non vuoi comprare altro, vai bene coi manubri.
