e deltoidi aggiungerei un alzata frontale 2x10 2x8
ma anche 3x30 mi pare molto..secondo me se fatti bene e lenti non si superano i 3x15..,
per i deltoidi metti le tirate allo sterno,molto più utili delle alzate
