un sistema di pesi weider cn barra lat, bench press, bracci farfalla, leva gambe e cavo basso...
in più ho una panca da addominali Ab King pro...
Mah, se la usi da qualche anno dovresti saperlo... Cmq secondo me no. Molto meglio i pesi liberi. E non perchè penso che i pesi liberi siano superiori alle macchine o altre menate (a dire il vero mi piacciono molto alcune macchine), ma perché non vedo grossa funzionalità e qualità nelle macchine per l'home fitness.
