Ho iniziato la resistenza aerobica a 3° livello partendo da 25 mA e sono arrivato a 50 mA con un crescendo di 2 mA.
Vorrei sapere se a metà dell'esercizio, che dura 50 min. devo spostare gli elettrodi su altri gruppi di muscoli oppure devo ri-iniziare da capo........
Scusami non ti avevo detto su quali muscoli: sabato 24 ho fatto i quadricipiti femorali e volevo sapere se una seduta che dura 50 min. vale solo per una fascia muscolare o se posso fare 25 min. i quad. e 25 min. glutei...
Infine ieri sono stato in bici e mi faceva un male le gambe........
