Ho preso un compact fit visto che ha programmi per l'ipertrofia muscolare e volevo usarlo e abbinarlo ai pesi....qualcuno mi consiglia su che giorni allenare un muscolo in palestra e quando invece usare l'elettrostimolatore (cioè la stessa sera o dopo 1-2 gg.). Magari proporre una scheda di allenamento. Non vorrei rischiare il sovrallenamento...3 volte x 45 min. in palestra sono troppe ora che uso il compact??
