Salve a tutti, ho perso 30 kg in 10 mesi, seguito da un nutrizionista e alternando pesi e cardio, ora dovrei essere intorno al 15% di bf ma non ho molta massa muscolare , il dubbio che mi sta assalendo è se rimarrò con molta pelle in ecceso, perché da alzato non si vede molto ma da seduto la pancia diventa molle,
