Salve ragazzi! Ho 23 anni e da quasi 2 mi alleno faccio bodybuilding e ho ottenuto ottimi risultati. Il problema è che da un pò di tempo ho cominciato a soffrire di cervicale ho il collo rigido e le spalle pesanti! stavo pensando di usare il taping neuromuscolare per allenarmi ugualmente.. qualcuno l'ha usato? aiuta??
